The Stages of Hair Growth with The Hairy Pill®
Everybody experiences hair loss differently and everybody’s hair regrowth journey will be slightly different.

Stage 1
The first stage might not be what you expect. For some the first 3 months will be a test phase, with the doctors providing a low starting dose to test your sensitivity, ensure your comfort, and reduce the likelihood of side effects. But if you notice your hair shedding or thinning out, it’s a good sign treatment is already beginning to work!
It means your new hair growth pill is starting to stimulate the growth of new hair. These will grow from beneath the dead hair, pushing out the old hair and causing shedding. This is hair fall (with replacement) not hair loss (without replacement)… a big difference!

It’s out with the old, in with the new, healthier hair.
This stage of hair shedding generally lasts around 4-8 weeks. After that, it’s time to let your hair down.
Stage 2

The shedding cycle can happen again over the next 6-12 months as your hair returns to a healthy, natural hair growth cycle.
Stage 3
Once you’re on a consistent dose over a period of time, the changes in your hair will become more consistent. Within a year, you’ll hopefully have a lot more coverage with noticeably thicker and stronger hair all over.
